CYCLE RHYTHM

Enjoy yourself on your bicycle while improving your physical and cardiovascular condition.


ATHLETIC BOSU

It is a lesson, of which the calorie consumption is high, designed with the purpose of increasing the balance and power with the help of various basic sportive exercises applied on the bosu.


BURN

The training combines strength exercises and cardio activities providing the fat circulation. In this course, target areas on the body are determined and each muscle group is worked out with various postures and movements. Performed by hand weights and on platform.


REALRYDER CYCLE

Since RealRyder could be bent about 45 degrees to the left and right and work like an actual bicycle, this course will make all your main muscles providing you with a full body exercise.


ATHLETIC CORE

Contains figures of several sports and works abdominal muscles (for performance).


CORE TRAINING

An intermediate level class where balls and dumbells are used for the development of balance and performance.


BOSU BOOTCAMP

This is a version of bootcamp class with intense cardio and zonal workout applied on bosu. Balance muscles are trained by using both sides of bosu.


BOSU MIX

Different from traditional training, bosu mix improves balance and endurance. It’s a functional class where you can have fun hand burn high calories.


CORE ATHLETHIC

This is a zonal aerobic workout where a 3 axis coreboard is used. Not only does it work your muscles but you burn your calories as well.


FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

It’s a cardiovascular class which works out your entire body by improving strength, balance and endurance with the help of various sports elements.


CYCLE

This 60 minute class is not only fun but it also helps improve cardiovascular and physical condition.
