  • Body Assessment Report, which is prepared by Hillside fitness professionals that consulted by internationally well known personal fitness trainer Ri Walton ; makes you achive your goals rapidly and on a more healty way.
  • With these measurments you get all information about your body even you can not see. It includes 14 different measurments and provides every detail information from oxygen ratio to balance capacity and metabolical values.
  • It’s important to have your fat, bone and muscle measurments every 3 months after you start working out and other measurments every 6 months. For fat, muscle and bone measurments, you have to have eaten at least 1 hour before the tests. B.A.R measurments are included in your membership and conducted by instructors. Please always keep in mind to have your measurments done regularly with your instructors at regular and same times.
